Your welcome pack 2020

Dear Parent / Guardian

Thank you for booking with Camp Beaumont as we celebrate our 40th anniversary throughout 2020. We are really looking forward to welcoming your child(ren) to camp and cannot wait to provide them with a unique and fun-filled holiday experience.

To ensure you and your child(ren) come fully prepared to camp, please take the time to look through this pack in detail as it contains important information relating to their holiday. Even if you have booked with us before, please read through the welcome pack as some changes may have taken place since you were last with us.

A couple of important bits to note:

COVID-19 – We are delighted to be back this summer but will need to adapt to ensure everyone is kept safe. We are introducing smaller camp sizes, group bubbles, enhanced hygiene and cleaning measures, temperature checks, contactless sign in and programme adjustments. For all the information on how we are adapting and regular updates – click here. Please note that although we will do our best to accommodate preferences on assignment of children into group bubbles, this may not always be possible.

Camper Information Forms – a new one must be completed, printed and brought with you on your first day at camp. (a new form must be completed for every holiday to ensure the information we have is most up to date). – click here to download

SEND – if your child has any additional needs that we have not already been made aware of please contact our Customer Services team so that we can make any arrangements needed to welcome them on their first day.

Action Extras If you have booked an Action Extra with us then please check out the 'What to wear & bring' section for any pre-entry requirements. Due to our COVID-19 operating procedures we have suspended our Action Extra programmes for summer 2020.What to wear & bring

Mobile Phones – we have a strict 'No Mobile Phone policy' in place for all staff, visitors and children. The main reason is to safeguard everyone that is on camp but secondly, they are a distraction from all the amazing activities on offer. Any children required to take a phone for parental liaison must keep this in their bag at all times unless they have asked a member of our team.

If you have booked on behalf of other parents/children you must ensure you notify them of these requirements and ensure they receive a copy of the camper information form to complete ahead of arrival.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me or any of the team if you have any queries prior to the start of your child(ren)'s holiday.

With very best wishes for a safe and fun-filled holiday.
